Curvahedra Medal
A medal created with Eugene Sargent for the University of Arkansas Honors College's Distinguished Faculty Award in 2024/
The medal was made in a multi-stage process, starting from the geometry of the Gearhart courtyard curvahedra sculpture, squashed in one direction. This was milled in wood and used to cast in bondo. The bondo model was then carved with lettering by CNC and additional lettering was added. The final medlas were then sandcast. .
